CARDIAC MONITOR

A cardiac monitor is a medical device that is used to track the electrical activity
of the heart, also known as an ECG. It records the heart rhythm and rate and is
usually the size of a pager.

The process of cardiac monitoring is usually done with patients who are in the
emergency or intensive care department. The process helps the doctors
determine if the heart is working properly or if there are some areas facing
malfunctioning. The device prints out the chart of the heart’s beats and
impulses, however, the heart rate is displayed directly on the screen also
depending upon the type of machine and need of the patient.

Often, there is an alarm to alert the medical professionals in any difference in
the heart rate of the patient which is especially needed in the cases of patients
who are unstable or have had a heart attack.

The machine is set up by attaching the sensors to the chest by using sticky
patches as direct contact with skin is necessary. The patient’s skin should be
kept free from oils or creams for better results. A cardiac monitor can be worn
for up to 30 days by a person.

There are various kinds of cardiac monitors such as loop memory monitors,
patch recorders, implanted loop recorders, and symptom event monitors. The
kind of cardiac monitor used is depending on the patient and the condition
they are battling with. There are some points to note when wearing the cardiac
monitor; the normal activities can be carried out as usual while wearing the
monitor, however, the medical professional might ask to perform a few
exercises to note the change in the heart rate during physical activity.

While wearing the device, the patient should not keep certain things near
themselves as to not disrupt the reading in any way. The things might include
mobile phones, electric blankets, magnets, metal detectors, etc.

A cardiac monitor at home would help the staff and the family monitor the
patient’s health and in any case of malfunction, get to know it immediately in
order to seek medical attention. This is especially useful when any patient who
has gone through a heart attack or is in an unstable condition is staying at the
house.

  1. No ac&on taken on Complaint
    To,
    Mr. Varun Gupta,
    Dear Sir,
Greetings of the day! Wishing you and the family the best for Sawan.
Hopefully one is not an adrenaline pumped atheist as the runner Surbee etc.
Am a Senior Citizen with a hairline fracture on the left pelvic, which the owner of Heiler Health Care
LLP (HHCLLP) was aware of. Further details if deemed necessary.
He has for referral as X Ray/ CT Scan etc as his parents are Doctors. To facilitate for a more
compassionate, sensitised, caring, professional, targeted, trained, trusted, honest, dedicated,
professional e.g. on TRACTION, COMPRESSED EXERCISES etc. Post Hospital Care (PHC). As per
HHC LLP as their FOLDER HEADING is with your LOGO & name ZORGERS “India’s most Trusted
    Home Health Care Service Provider’.
This has compelled me to complete immobility & bed ridden as per the known ORTHOPAEDIC
SURGEON under whose diagnosis for 24X7 one has to be in bed with a TRACTION PULLEY. Added
to the same, there is no support at home as my respected Mother also met her sad demise in Jan’22
which HHCLLP CEO & team was aware but in spite of the same one had an exasperating experience
quite natural when a patient is just released from the Hospital with excruciating physical pain. I am
going through physical pain as well as worry, fear, insecurities, panic, etc. With great difficulty and
deploying my meditation and spirituality, I am able to stay sane and survive this ordeal.
With this acute pain I had made an attempt to invite the CEO to have a meeting with all the data with
the CEO of your franchisee HHCLLP. Had sent you a copy of the mail on the 26/7/22 at 7.38 hrs IST
the same is still not acknowledged. Hopefully you can infer from the same the intent & purpose too as
a claimed ‘India’s Most Trusted Home Care Service Provider’???
One had tried reaching out to you subsequently on your website numbers twice & had left a message
& my cell phone no too as was told you were busy in order to give you a live feedback of the much
claimed SERVICES as “India’s Most Trusted Home Care Service Provider’ but there was no calls from
your office, maybe tied up with your huge operations.
I am thus compelled in reaching out to you as the CEO & founder of ZORGERS Mr Varun Gupta about
the mercenary handling of a patient & topping the same as a Senior Citizen – Immbolised. As a
RESPONSIBLE CITIZEN (RC) it is also my moral duty to advise you of the acts of your FRANCHISEE
HHCLLP. It is now for you to intervene & address the same or not & hence this mail.
    A) Operations of HHC LLP & its servicing under various heads:
Your franchise Heiler Health Care LLP (HHCLLP) a young startup with a short life of approximately 8
months + in Delhi. Led by educated professionals, I had presumed excellent caring services as per
their ‘Mission Statement’ but alas it was dismissal. Some of the CRITICAL areas that I am referring to
that affect the Post Hospital Elederly Care (as per Mission Statement Of HHC LLP).
Instead of learning & tweaking the non existent SOP on each domain from the real time on ground 0f
the Senior Patient under a ‘Learning Curve’. Am sorry to mention have been showered with all the
profanity, adjectives etc. under a pumped up adrenalin verbally both at home & in the building ringing
all the floors doorbell when HHC LLP team have visited a number of times + the attendants, including
the promoter/ CEO of HHCLLP for what PAYMENTS. The HHC LLP team has always been handling
me as a DEFAULTER like a recovery agent with the bouncer acumen repeatedly. Sir is this
compassion, sensitisation, etc? or threat perceptions?. Is HHCLLP an equivalent WAGNER team??
    Is this the ‘Mission Statement’
The need at this hour is for your intervention to address the S.O.P. and to have integrity, ethics,
honesty etc. The same was not reflected in the actions, delivery and implementation under a few
    heads.
    a) Wheelchair was billed to me at a cost calculation both against your norms. Besides the same,
when I was in Moolchand Hospital (4th to 10Th July) the house was locked.
Mr. Himanshi was aware of the same. This edifies the intention by the action. Do kindly ask for all the
invoices from 30/06/2022 invoice No. 2122226.
After advising Mr. Manish to collect the Wheelchair on 6/07/22 the same was not collected for 3/5
days, neither was a spreadsheet of billing/payments, duplicate copies of invoices are given till date.
Being immobile with a hairline fracture on the left hip with traction, you can well understand my
physical status as there is no one in my house. Even for collecting payments, their representative will
come without advance warning and like a bouncer (Taliban) will collect the payments thereby using

every tool of the trade during one’s illness and bedridden. A horrific image of the HR recruitment,
training for the S.O.P. necessary for “Care”.
Needless to mention, I have arranged Ryde MS-I Karma at far more competitive prices of Rs 12000
for a month as one had required for any urgent movement within the house which their Manager
Manish under guidance of Himanshu was aware of. Is this exploitation!! right?
So why was I billed for the same?
    b) Payments: During utilising these post hospitalisation care the need is of a sensitised HR which is
over 1000 KM away. In this period of 20-25 days there has been no payment default at my end so why
    such a painful PH care?
In one occasion since there was a ZOOM conference, the owner arrives without an agreed time a date
for a payment. When asked to wait he rings up all the other floor door bells and compels my nephew
to come down to the ground floor for payments like a bouncer collects his payment refer invoice no
    2122281 of date 19/07/22.
As per your website the refund would be in three days after my submission.
    c) HR – A per your website under the in post Health Care the following was not addressed Heiler Care
LLP does not have an active contact on its website. Thus the benchmarks are erroneous .
c 1) HR no mentioning of vitals, nail cleaning & cutting, other chores.
c 2) Shift of HR – 6-12 for Day Night shift 12. But again this was breached by overlapping of night shift
    duty change over.
Those hours 15-30 minutes for 22 days has not accounted.
Delay reporting approximately 15-30 minutes for 22 days 2 times has not accounted.
c 3) Night shift duty attendant pilferage at home in the night of eatables, others using my slippers and
soap. When Lux Supreme has been provided for them and new toothbrush tooth paste etc.c 4) Borrowing money to return later etc. to name a few.
If there was any major theft or dacoity or any valuable stolen which. The Zorger gives a reply that the same is being investigated & will advise action taken for the last 30+days?Quote Reply”Dear Mr B B Tiwari

We hereby acknowledge your email and appreciate your efforts in drafting this email . We will be passing this case to our Franchise Management division for detailed investigation. Be assured, we will come back to you with our findings.”Unquote This email is of 30/7/22 & NO RESPONSE till 19/8/22.So BEWARE of such Virtual / e proposals Proposals like the scores of Virtual Looting eg Crypto etc Happy Shri Krishan Janshtami hopefully the KANSA mets his demise today & one evolves into a RESPONSIBLE CITIZEN RC as our erudite PM said on Independence Day from the RED Fort of the 5 Pledges for the NATION & 133cr citizens.Hopefully ZORGERS adopt the same & introduces detailed SOP of HR etc in Post Health Care where the human element is the core which was also not vetted from the DELHI POLICE when an online facility the Government has provided dear friends. Happy recuperation under some one else if one wishes to live ahead .Happy long life with Peace & Harmony & No TOXICITY as in there case Goo Day! God Bless you all for a Speedy Recovery
