At Zorgers, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our medical equipment. Here is our policy regarding returns and refunds:

1. Returns

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service within 2 days of receiving the item. We will assess the situation and provide instructions for the return process.

Please ensure that the returned item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the purchase invoice. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it and, if found eligible, process the refund.

2. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued through the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that certain fees, such as delivery charges, may be non-refundable.

3. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at the earliest. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled. In case of cancellation, the refund will be processed according to the terms mentioned above.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Some medical equipment may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons. Please check the product description or contact our customer service for clarification before making a purchase.
