For patients under long-term home care, Zorgers arranges periodic home visits by a doctor to review clinical progress, adjust the care plan, and manage medication. Doctor home visits are particularly valuable for oncological care, neurology follow-ups, cardiac monitoring, gastroenterology, nephrology (CKD/dialysis patients), and elderly patients who find hospital travel difficult.
