Our caretaker was extremely kind, dedicated, and hardworking. She took excellent care of my mother and always carried out her responsibilities with sincerity. She never refused any task or said, "I won't do this" or "I won't do that." She was patient, compassionate, and always willing to help. We truly appreciate her commitment and the care she provided. Zorgers Gurgaon provide good service for elder care 24/7 needs. We've had overall good experience except for a few times when the male attendant was not upto the mark and was reported to Zorgers immediately. Zorgers needs to ensure and double/triple check the vices of male attendants (no tobacco, no drinking, no smoking, etc) and whether they really want to handle bodily functions of elder people like urine and motions. However , Kuldeep has taken seriously our request for a reliable and trustworthy male attendant for elder care. Kuldeep has seen our requirements and assigned reliable male attendants who have done great elder care service.

He personally accompanied me to Haridwar, arranged a chair, bucket, and water pot at the Ganga Ghat, helped me take a comfortable and sacred bath in the holy Ganga, arranged for religious rituals and prayers with a priest, facilitated Deep Daan, helped me listen to the chanting of Swasti Vachan mantras, and even assisted me in offering holy water to Lord Shiva. His care, affection, and dedication made me feel as if I had found my own grandson. Such service cannot be measured merely as professional duty; it comes from a genuinely kind and noble heart.
