The nursing assistant knows how to handle a patient with a sudden fall or cardiac arrest from a non-medico point of view. They can put their sincere efforts to avoid falls and handle an acute emergency only as per guidelines issued to them. In the patient's best interest, they are always advised to call the family spokesperson no sooner the incident occurs and discuss the scope of hospital transfer; if need be.However, the Nurse appointed can handle all medical emergencies till the person reaches the hospital.

During this, we try to help the family in every possible way. Through our several hospital tie-ups, we ensure the best we can do to avoid any unfortunate incident, by calling ambulances or contacting doctors on an urgent basis; in case it occurs we can arrange for a morgue room/ mortuary refrigerator till the family arrives.
