Your cylinder has a pressure gauge on the regulator. When the gauge needle enters the red zone (below 30-40 bar), the cylinder is getting low. We recommend calling Zorgers for a replacement when the gauge reaches 1/4 capacity. Never let the cylinder reach zero - at very low pressure, the oxygen purity may be affected.
