Payment Cycle

Weekly services payment schedule: After every 7 days, invoice will be generated and payment for the same needs to be paid (in advance). Non advance payment may incur penalty of Rs. 50 /day

Fortnight services payment schedule : 50 % advance must be done in case of fortnight services.

Monthly services payment schedule: This will be an advance payment service, so 15 days advance payment will be required to be deposited, else, by default Weekly cycle will be applied.

General Terms and Conditions on Payments

  • Zorgers Healthcare won't be accountable if any amount is paid to the caregiver. The service fee has to be paid to Zorgers Healthcare and under no circumstances the amount paid to the caregiver will be adjusted with the service fee.

  • 30 days after the overdue date, if payment is not done the case will be legally filed and the dispute will be resolved in Mohali district court.

  • The above mentioned amount only includes payment charges for those visits where the attendance of the caregiver has been verified. The mentioned amount is not for the visits till date and it shouldn't be considered as final amount, charges for the unverified visits will be added after getting a confirmation from the customer as well as caregiver.
  • In case any payment made through cheque is dishonoured / bounced because of issues at Client end will attract a penalty Rs 500 in case of first default and Rs 1000 in case of second and subsequent defaults. These charges will be over and above the the charges levied by the bank

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel or reschedule any appointment by calling (+91) 8725024121 or through website or mobile app, no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment else you will be charged @100% of the service charge.

  • In case of request for rescheduling Zorgers Healthcare service, does not guarantee that it will be able to provide the same Caregiver again and on the rescheduled time.

  • Zorgers Healthcare may cancel or reschedule any appointment without prior notice.

Refund Policy

  • Refund will be made after discontinuation of services, after serving the notice period of 7 days, in case patient is cured and notice period of 3 days in case of re-hospitalisation or demise of patient
  • Refund will be done within 2 or 3 working days
  • In case of cancellation of services , minimum amount of 2-3 days must be deducted will be done within 2 or 3 working days
